Questions

FAQ

The short answers.

How many scoops at my weight?

1 scoop per 100 pounds of bodyweight. 150 lbs is 1.5 scoops. 250 lbs is 2.5 scoops. If you land between marks, round to the nearest half scoop. Do not exceed 3 scoops.

How do I take it?

Mix your bodyweight serving into cold water or your favorite sports drink. Drink before you train and during warm-ups — by your heavy sets you should be dialed in. For long sessions or sports, mix that same serving into enough water (or sports drink) to last the whole workout or game and drink it as you go. Do not exceed 3 scoops.

Why only 50 mg caffeine per scoop?

Because the serving scales. One and a half scoops is 75 mg. Two and a half is 125 mg. Three scoops — the maximum — is 150 mg. A fixed high-caffeine serving would overshoot lighter athletes and still miss heavier ones.

Will beta-alanine tingle?

It can. That pins-and-needles feeling (paresthesia) is common, harmless, and not a sign the product is “working harder.” If you are sensitive, split your scoops about 20 minutes apart the first few times.

What is 300 lbs max?

300 lbs is the ceiling: 3 scoops. That is the maximum serving. Do not take more than 3 scoops, even if you weigh more.

By far my favorite pre, and I’ve tried all the big brands. Great pump, solid focus, no jitters. Beta-alanine is dosed just right, and it tastes exactly like a Jolly Rancher.

I didn’t get tired towards the end of the workout like I normally do. Really kicked ass the last 15 minutes! Mixed with water and drank during workout.

I mixed it up and drank 1/2 before working out and sipped the other 1/2 during. Every set felt lighter than usual!
