These are the ingredients in Primed.

1 scoop per 100 lbs.

Doses change with your bodyweight on purpose, so they can track the amounts used in research instead of one scoop for every body. A 150 lb person and a 250 lb person should not take the same serving. Each card is what it does, how it does it, and a research article if you want to read it.

L-Citrulline

4 g per 100 lbs

Helps blood flow so your muscles get what they need when you’re working hard.

Your body turns citrulline into arginine, which is used to make nitric oxide. That nitric oxide relaxes blood vessels. A common study dose is 6 g (a 150 lb person on Primed).

Research article

Creatine monohydrate

2 g per 100 lbs

Helps you put more into heavy sets, and recover between them.

Creatine tops up phosphocreatine in muscle, which is how you reload ATP (adenosine triphosphate) for short, hard efforts. Most research uses about 3–5 g a day. That’s 150–250 lbs on Primed, in the same serving.

Research article

Beta-alanine

2 g per 100 lbs

Helps you last through the burn in the 1–4 minute range.

It raises carnosine in muscle, which buffers acid so you don’t fade as fast. The tingle is right away. The real effect builds the more you use it. Research is usually 4–6 g a day (a 200–300 lb person on Primed).

Research article

Betaine anhydrous

1,200 mg per 100 lbs

Helps you get more total reps out of a training block, which is how you actually progress.

It helps muscle cells hold water under load so they keep putting out force instead of quitting the set early. In the study, 2.5 g a day (about 208 lbs on Primed) meant more bench-press volume and better body composition in trained men.

Research article

Caffeine anhydrous

50 mg per 100 lbs

Helps you feel awake and ready to train, without turning Primed into a 300 mg energy drink.

Caffeine blocks adenosine, which is why you feel less tired. Performance papers often use 3–6 mg per kg. We keep it lighter on purpose and pair it with theanine. A 200 lb person gets 100 mg.

Research article

ElevATP

100 mg per 100 lbs

Helps your cells make their own ATP (adenosine triphosphate). ATP is the energy your muscles spend every time they contract. Without it, the set is over. ElevATP is not a stimulant.

It is ancient peat plus apple extract. Studies used 150 mg (a 150 lb person on Primed). In training, that dose went with better strength and power.

Research article

L-Theanine

80 mg per 100 lbs

Takes the edge off the caffeine so you get the alert, not the jitters.

Theanine is the amino acid in tea that smooths caffeine. One paper used 97 mg theanine with 40 mg caffeine and saw better focus on a demanding task. We keep a similar pairing, scaled to you.

Research article

L-Tyrosine

600 mg per 100 lbs

Helps you keep your head when the workout (or the day) is actually stressful.

Tyrosine is what your body uses to make dopamine and norepinephrine. When those get used up under stress, performance dips. 600 mg per 100 lbs, not a one-giant-size-for-everyone serving.

Each lot of Primed comes with the manufacturer's Certificate of Analysis, and we publish every one. It shows the microbial and quality tests run on the finished powder, and how each ingredient amount was verified during production.
