Refund policy

Modular Nutrition is a small supplement company based in Ohio. We want you happy with what you ordered.

Returns: If a product is unused and unopened, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email us at sales@modularnutrition.net and we will walk you through it.

Opened product: Because these are consumable supplements, we can't accept returns on opened containers. If something is wrong with your order, email us anyway and we'll make it right.

Damaged in shipping: If your order shows up damaged, send us a photo at sales@modularnutrition.net and we'll replace it. No return shipping needed on damaged items.

Refunds: Once we receive and check the return, we refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a few business days to show up.
