Research amounts. Your size.

Most pre-workouts are built around one scoop for “everyone.” Same grams of citrulline, creatine, beta-alanine, caffeine — whether you’re 140 lbs or 240.

That’s a problem on both ends. A smaller athlete can get more stimulant and amino load than they need. A larger athlete can get less than the research-style amounts the label is pointing at. Either way, the formula stops matching the person — effectiveness drops when the dose is too light, and comfort and safety get messier when it’s too heavy.

Primed is built the other way. Each scoop is set to research-style amounts per 100 lbs of bodyweight (max 3 scoops). The listed stack — citrulline, creatine, beta-alanine, betaine, caffeine, ElevATP, L-theanine, L-tyrosine — scales with you. Bigger frame, more scoops. Smaller frame, fewer. Same transparent math, not a one-size scoop.

You’re not the same size as everyone else. Don’t take the same serving.
