A 130-pound person and a 250-pound person should not take the same serving

Most supplements still do that. One scoop. One serving size on the label. Same amount for everybody.

If you are the lighter person, that serving can be too much. Stomach issues. A day so uncomfortable you stop. If you are the heavier person, that same serving can be too little. You feel nothing and assume the product does not work.

Same formula. Same scoop. Opposite days.

That is the problem Modular Nutrition was built around.

We started in Ohio in 2025 because one size does not fit all. People taking the same supplements, with identical servings, reported completely different experiences. Some felt nothing. Others could not continue. A few found it worked. The ingredient list was identical. The bodies were not.

Body composition is why. A 100-pound person and a 300-pound person process ingredients differently. Listing one serving and hoping for the best ignores that.

So we dose to the person.

Primed, our watermelon pre-workout, is 1 scoop per 100 pounds of bodyweight. A heavier person uses more scoops per serving. The dose matches size. That is the whole idea.

Best dose. Best results. Best effects, not side effects.
